Stacy Patterson

Associate Professor

Stacy Patterson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science. From 2009-2011, she was a postdoctoral scholar at the Center for Control, Dynamical Systems and Computation at the University of California, Santa Barbara. From 2011-2013, she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Patterson is the recipient of a Viterbi postdoctoral fellowship and the IEEE Control Systems Society Axelby Outstanding Paper Award. Her research interests are in the area of distributed machine learning, edge and cloud computing, and networked systems.
