With over forty-plus years in the insurance industry, mostly leading operations in Asia, Doug has developed strong community and social services skills in nonprofit organizations, leadership and coaching, team-building, and management. Further, Doug has served as CFO at Baha'i World Centre and on several boards or as a member of a senior advisory committee to a dozen entities, including Tahirih Justice Center, SolHealth, Harmony Program NYC, and Assured Enterprises (a cyber risk firm).
