Pi Mu Epsilon (PME) is a national mathematics honor society. RPI's chapter (NY Kappa) was founded in 1960. We promote mathematical scholarship and collegiality between math students. We induct new members (upperclassmen and advanced sophomores) every Spring. The national Pi Mu Epsilon organization sponsors a journal and holds an annual mathematics conference for undergraduates

Undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty are encouraged to apply. Undergraduate students should have at least two semesters of calculus, two additional math courses, and a B average overall and in their mathematics courses.
